When will my order arrive?
Our processing time is 1-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.
Can I order a custom or personalized item?
Yes! We can create custom symbols, engrave text, dates, coordinates, or phone numbers, and adjust chain lengths or ring sizes. For simple requests, add your details in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. For custom designs or complex ideas, please contact us before ordering.
What are the sizes of your pet tags and jewelry?
Most round pet tags are 3 cm (1.18 inches) in diameter. Standard round tags easily fit a name, two phone numbers, or an address. Specific dimensions for all other tags, pendants, and chains are listed in each product description.
How durable are the pet tags?
Our tags are built for daily wear and maximum longevity. All attachment loops are soldered together for strength, and every tag includes jump rings to secure it safely to your pet's collar.
Do you offer 18k solid gold or wholesale?
Yes, many designs can be crafted in 18k solid gold upon request. We also offer wholesale orders and can provide blank, unstamped pet tags for laser or CNC engraving.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. All items arrive beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. You can also include a custom message at checkout to be printed inside the package.
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo of the product and packaging right away, and we will send a free replacement or arrange a repair.
Are buyers responsible for customs fees?
Yes. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
How do I care for fine jewelry?
Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid chemical cleaners, and put your jewelry on after applying perfume or lotion. Store in a soft pouch when not in use, and remove before swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising.
How do I care for solid brass pet tags?
Brass reacts naturally with moisture and chemicals. Wipe the tag dry immediately after your pet gets wet from rain, baths, or swimming to prevent tarnishing. Avoid spraying flea treatments or detanglers directly onto the tag. Wipe occasionally with a soft cloth to maintain shine.
